industrial purposes. Our plating processes include Metalife Thin Dense
Chrome (TDC) and Metalife Polymer
(MLP).
TDC is used in many
applications from intricate tooling to mining machinery parts. TDC is
widely used due to its excellent bonding characteristics, ductility and
minimal thickness "0.0001.
MLP is our TDC coating
impregnated with a proprietary polymer compound made exclusively at our
plant. MLP is used in many applications where heat and friction create
problems. MLP retains all the characteristics of TDC and becomes
extremely corrosion resistant and carries an extremely low coefficient of
friction.
